Welcome to LedScroller (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. App License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal devices. You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the App (except where permitted by law)
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the content you create and display using the App.

4. Subscription Terms (VIP Membership)

If you choose to subscribe to VIP membership:

Subscriptions are handled by Apple's App Store
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or visit: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
