Frequently Asked Questions
- Text is too small / not clear: Increase font size, glow intensity, or use full-screen landscape mode.
- Scrolling looks choppy: Lower the animation speed, simplify effects, or close other apps to free memory.
- Background or border does not show: Make sure you selected a background/border style and saved the creation.
- I can't find my creations: Check the My Creations tab. Your creations are stored locally on your device.
- How do I cancel VIP subscription?: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or visit https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
VIP Membership (Subscription)
VIP is optional and unlocks all paid content, including animated borders, premium backgrounds, and unlimited creation of custom LED screens.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple via StoreKit and can be managed in your Apple ID subscriptions page.
